She and her team were prompt and extremely thorough! You could now eat off the floor and the baseboards are totally WHITE and SHINY!!! They found all the details that I would have missed. I thought my condo was in good shape, but after I saw how clean she had gotten my master bathroom, I realized how clean it was not!!!īarbara was able to fit me in very quickly after my first call. Her reviews should have read STELLAR! I canâ  t say enough about how great the place looks!! Sparkle and Shine LLCâ s reviews were good so I went ahead and booked Barbara for a Move Out clean. Knowing that Value and a great job donâ  t usually go hand in hand, I started my search on Angiâ s list and home advisor. I had not used a cleaning service in years and was skeptical of companies with repeated bad reviews. We found that they had in fact not finished the cleaning nor did they remove the trash accumulated from the cleaning they did do.
I ended up having to pay someone to unlock it for me. They took our house key and never returned it after we were told they would return it. I had my realtor go to check what had been done and she could not get in. I didn't hear from them the next day so I figured they took the money and ran. They then told me that they didn't like to see a job unfinished so they would do it for the $580 if I paid them then so I paid the $580. They then tell me that the original quote was $580 which was untrue. I had them stop because I thought I would be paying $480. They then call me and say that the price went up to $720 and that they needed another day which would increase the price more. I left the following morning and they came in to continue without me there. I was in the middle of moving 1000 miles away so I decided $480 was fair. I asked how much it would cost after looking over the house and was told $480.
